Tracy Stein is a seasoned finance professional, entrepreneur, and retired U.S. Army Captain with more than two decades of success in private equity and secured real estate investments.

With 23+ years managing over 10,000 notes and mortgages—spanning rehabs, flips, new builds, and luxury projects—he has built a reputation for delivering strong returns while safeguarding investor capital.

A graduate of the University of Central Florida (B.S.B.A. Finance), Tracy’s foundation in disciplined leadership was forged through 10 years of U.S. Army service, where he earned the Bronze Star Medal during Operation Desert Storm and multiple commendations for excellence.

In business, he has founded and scaled companies across private lending, real estate, and consumer ventures—including America’s Money Source, Secured Investment Lending, Prime Pinnacle, and Home Solution Investments—while also leading innovative startups like Prestige Food Trucks and Firetainment.

From São Paulo to London, Boston, and now Orlando, Juliana Franco Alva brings an international perspective and sharp expertise to commercial & residential real estate. As Chief Real Estate Officer, she specializes in connecting affluent buyers and sellers with distinctive properties while maximizing long-term value in every transaction.

A Certified Paralegal, Juliana combines a deep understanding of finance, contracts, and the legal framework of real estate with hands-on market knowledge. Her expertise includes Luxury Buyer & Seller Concierge Services, thorough CMAs, and in-depth knowledge of Central Florida’s premier neighborhoods. Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, she provides seamless service to a diverse, global clientele.

Within her first two years, Juliana was recognized as a Top Producer—a testament to her results-driven, no-nonsense approach to negotiations. She is a Certified International Property Specialist, Certified Relocation Specialist, Gold Key Certified (Residential & Commercial), and a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, ORRA, Florida REALTORS®, and NAR.

With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Brandyn brings deep expertise in property analysis and market evaluation. His background spans wholesaling, rehabbing and flipping homes, long-term rentals, and new construction, giving him a comprehensive understanding of diverse real estate strategies.

As Senior Real Estate Analyst, Brandyn specializes in quantitative and qualitative market analysis, financial modeling, and investment evaluation. He conducts in-depth property research, assesses asset performance, supports acquisitions and dispositions, and delivers actionable insights through detailed reports and presentations for management and investors..

Hey, I'm Willow!

With a multifaceted background spanning real estate, construction, insurance claims adjusting,
and executive-level management, Willow Shakespeare brings a rare depth of expertise to guiding
lending and investment firms in property acquisitions. She combines over two decades of
leadership and hands-on industry experience with an exceptional ability to evaluate risk, value,
and long-term return on real estate investments.

As the founder of a successful property investment business, Willow built the company from the
ground up, creating several vibrant and profitable vacation property operations. By acquiring
distressed properties, overseeing full-scale renovations to meet both modern building codes and aesthetic appeal, staging and marketing; these properties were transformed into high-demand vacation rentals. Her properties quickly earned elite status across platforms such as Airbnb,
Vrbo, Booking.com, and Tripadvisor, demonstrating her sharp eye for both property potential
and operational excellence. Ultimately, she scaled and packaged all 7 properties into attractive
investment opportunities, selling the entire operation to investors for a profitable exit.
Her expertise extends beyond investment strategy into the granular aspects of property inspection
and evaluation. Willow is a licensed commercial and residential claims adjuster in FL, AL, MS,
SC, LA, GA, and TX, a FEMA trainee with an active FCN, and holds an advanced Xactimate
estimating software certification. Willow has developed a keen ability to analyze properties with
precision - assessing structural integrity, compliance with building standards, and potential risks.
This technical knowledge, combined with her real estate background and legal knowledge,
provides a unique understanding of financial viability, regulatory considerations, and investment
potential.

Victor E. Leonino brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience across every aspect of business and real estate. As a seasoned facilitator with a proven history in professional training and coaching, he has built a career grounded in negotiation, sales, renovation, coaching, and executive leadership.

Holding a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from The University of Akron, Victor’s academic foundation complements his practical expertise in business development and organizational growth. He is known for his ability to integrate analytical insight with a relationship-driven leadership style, creating strategies that deliver both immediate impact and long-term results.

In his role as Strategic Business Director at Prime Pinnacle, Victor works closely across all business operations, spearheading growth through strategic partnerships, market expansion, and client-focused initiatives. His commitment to fostering collaboration, driving innovation, and empowering teams has made him an invaluable leader in shaping sustainable success.
