Hey, I'm Tracy!
Tracy Stein is a seasoned finance professional, entrepreneur, and retired U.S. Army Captain with more than two decades of success in private equity and secured real estate investments.
With 23+ years managing over 10,000 notes and mortgages—spanning rehabs, flips, new builds, and luxury projects—he has built a reputation for delivering strong returns while safeguarding investor capital.
A graduate of the University of Central Florida (B.S.B.A. Finance), Tracy’s foundation in disciplined leadership was forged through 10 years of U.S. Army service, where he earned the Bronze Star Medal during Operation Desert Storm and multiple commendations for excellence.
In business, he has founded and scaled companies across private lending, real estate, and consumer ventures—including America’s Money Source, Secured Investment Lending, Prime Pinnacle, and Home Solution Investments—while also leading innovative startups like Prestige Food Trucks and Firetainment.
Investor Focus: Tracy blends military precision, financial expertise, and entrepreneurial drive to structure secure, high-yield opportunities. His disciplined approach gives investors confidence that their capital is both protected and positioned for growth.

With over 30 years of management experience and nearly two decades in financial services, I’ve had the privilege of holding senior leadership roles at some of the nation’s largest financial institutions as well as family-owned businesses. This range of experience has given me a deep understanding of what drives success — from small business growth to Fortune 500 strategy.
His background spans sales, sales management, and relationship management, with a consistent focus on building trust, driving performance, and delivering measurable results.
Throughout his career:
-Successfully written and filed FDA submissions and secured nearly $40 million in federal grants
-Negotiated contracts and led strategic planning initiatives for organizations across multiple industries
-Advised executives on complex business transactions, lending structures, and contract negotiations
-Structured secured and commercial loans, developed cross-collateralization strategies, and provided investment counseling to high-level clients
-Designed go-to-market pricing strategies and managed domestic and international logistics and transportation planning

With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Brandyn brings deep expertise in property analysis and market evaluation. His background spans wholesaling, rehabbing and flipping homes, long-term rentals, and new construction, giving him a comprehensive understanding of diverse real estate strategies.
As Senior Real Estate Analyst, Brandyn specializes in quantitative and qualitative market analysis, financial modeling, and investment evaluation. He conducts in-depth property research, assesses asset performance, supports acquisitions and dispositions, and delivers actionable insights through detailed reports and presentations for management and investors..

Victor E. Leonino brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience across every aspect of business and real estate. As a seasoned facilitator with a proven history in professional training and coaching, he has built a career grounded in negotiation, sales, renovation, coaching, and executive leadership.
Holding a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from The University of Akron, Victor’s academic foundation complements his practical expertise in business development and organizational growth. He is known for his ability to integrate analytical insight with a relationship-driven leadership style, creating strategies that deliver both immediate impact and long-term results.
In his role as Strategic Business Director at Prime Pinnacle, Victor works closely across all business operations, spearheading growth through strategic partnerships, market expansion, and client-focused initiatives. His commitment to fostering collaboration, driving innovation, and empowering teams has made him an invaluable leader in shaping sustainable success.
With his strong background in business management and real estate, Victor continues to position Prime Pinnacle for growth while ensuring that its people and clients remain at the center of every initiative.
